We are currently shipping as normal. We have implemented safety strategies to keep ourselves and customers safe. There may be slight delays with our courier services. If you have not received your order within 14 working days of your dispatch email, please contact us via email
We thank you for your patience at this time.
We aim to dispatch within 1 working day, but can take up to two working days for dispatch. Our handmade items take a little longer, we aim to dispatch all handmade items within 7 days of purchase. Currently, we only ship to the UK and charge a flat rate of just £3.95 on all deliveries. . Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be dealt with the following Monday. If you are outside of the UK and would like to place an order please contact us for a delivery quote.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you are able to return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days (this excludes postage) The item/s should be in their original packaging, be unused and in perfect condition. Once we have received the item/s we will process a full refund or exchange. The customer must cover the return costs and obtain a receipt. Please contact us at
If you receive a damaged or faulty item/s, please contact us via the contact us at , where we can instruct you on what to do next. Please keep all original packaging and evidence of the damage item. Postage costs will be covered by us for the return of faulty or damaged item/s.
Items ordered on pre-order will be allocated to you as soon as they return in stock. You can cancel items on pre order anytime before they are dispatched. We aim to ship your pre-ordered items within 2 days of the items arriving with us. We will notify you by email once shipped. Please note the expected delivery times are approximate. Some delays may occur due to our suppliers timescales.
Our aim is to keep our delivery costs for customers as low as possible. Therefore we use recycled packaging where possible. This means your item may not arrive in a new box but will be packaged up well.
Due to the nature of our products there may be slight variations in the colour or grain.

Our handmade items may differ slightly. All sizes are approximate. Please allow up to 7 days for your handmade items to be dispatched as they are made to order.

Only one promotional code can be used at any one time. Promotional codes are NOT valid on our sale items or during sale periods. Rose and Ena have the right to cancel any promotion at any time. This includes our First Order discount code.
Contract between Rose & Ena and the customer
Before dispatching any goods Rose & Ena must receive payment (in full) Once we have received payment we will process your order, you will receive a shipping email once your items have been booked onto our courier service. You (the buyer) have the right to cancel an order or pre-order at any time until the items have been dispatched. You will receive a full refund for the goods and postage.
Once you have accepted our terms and conditions at the checkout and we have accepted your order, that starts a legally binding contract between us.
Placing an Order
Before checking out you will be asked to provide us with a valid email address and phone number. The email address you provide is where your order conformation and shipping details will be sent too. The email and address and phone number will ONLY be shared with our courier service. They may use this to contact you to arrange a delivery time or to notify you when your delivery is on its way.
Payment & Privacy
All payments are processed via Paypal or StripeUK. All card information provided is encrypted using the latest secure technology, It goes directly to StripeUK for authorization. Once payment has been accepted we will process your order. Rose & Ena take no liability if your order is delayed due to not providing us with the correct payment details. If we are unable to take full payment for the items we have the right to cancel the the order.
All information you provide in the members area is private and secure. No information will be passed onto third party selling sites or marketing. Our members area is designed for you to view previous orders and to make checkout a little faster. You can delete you account at any time. If you have an questions please contact at
