Terms & Conditions
We aim to dispatch within 1 working day, but can take up to two working days for dispatch. Our handmade items take a little longer, we aim to dispatch all handmade items within 7 days of purchase. Currently, we only ship to the UK and charge a flat rate of just £3.95 on all deliveries. . Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be dealt with the following Monday. If you are outside of the UK and would like to place an order please contact us for a delivery quote.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you are able to return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days (this excludes postage) The item/s should be in their original packaging and be unused and in perfect condition. Once we have received the item/s we will process a full refund or exchange. The customer must cover the return costs and obtain a receipt. Please contact us via the contact us page on the website.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item/s, please contact us via the contact us page on the website, where we can instruct you on what to do. Postage costs will be covered by us for the return of faulty or damaged item/s.
We accept pre orders on new/ due in products. You will be able to see what products are available for pre order on the item description and attached ribbon. If you would like to pre order please contact us via email,
To secure your pre order we will need a deposit (usually half the amount of the item) This will need to be payed via PayPal. You will receive an email receipt for the item reserved. The remaining amount will need to be payed before dispatch of the item.
Deposits are NON refundable unless it is a fault at our end (example: item is damaged or discontinued)
Our aim is to keep our delivery costs for customers as low as possible. Therefore we use recycled packaging where possible.
Due to the nature of our products there may be slight variations in the colour or grain. Please note all our sizing is approximate.
